Statement of Non-Liability

The author, DR. LETTERS, will rely solely on various statements and representations made by the customer and will use those representations to create the commissioned writing. However, the customer understands and acknowledges that the author will not make any independent investigation into the accuracy of the customer's representations. Accordingly, the author disclaims responsibility for the use by the customer of the commissioned writing or for any consequences of such use.

Customer shall fully indemnify and hold author harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of author's writing. This indemnity shall include but not be limited to any awards or claims for damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees.
